About the role
We're hiring Associate Account Executives who bring first B2B SaaS sales experience, methodology, and the drive to build pipeline and close deals in a system that runs on AI and structured playbooks. You run deals end to end across product lines and customer segments, building and progressing pipeline yourself.
What you'll do
- Own deals end to end across product lines and customer segments — no ceiling written into the role
- Sell into core customer segments internationally, navigating complex organisations and multi-stakeholder decisions
- Sell with structure and methodology — articulate how you run a deal, why you qualify the way you do, and what your process looks like
- Build pipeline across channels — events, outbound sequences, partner referrals, inbound qualification — consistently, as a weekly rhythm
- Work within a system of daily standups, deal reviews, and visible accountability in place of traditional management layers
- Use AI as your operating layer: deal strategies, research, outreach, CRM, coaching feedback loops — active use is expected, not aspirational
- Own your numbers: pipeline generation, deal progression, and closed revenue
What you'll need
- B2B SaaS sales experience — you have sold to businesses, not consumers
- Startup or scaleup background — you know how to sell without a fully built marketing engine or large SDR team
- A named sales methodology you can explain and demonstrate in your deal execution
- Concrete, daily use of AI in deal execution — self-built workflows and active processes
- English at C1 to C2 level; German is a significant advantage
- Startup energy: you start at 30% clarity, iterate fast, own your mistakes, and don't need someone to smooth things over
