About the role

You'll be a B2B Sales representative at Scout24, responsible for proactively acquiring new business customers for ImmoScout24. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, presenting solutions from their product portfolio, and building long-term business relationships through phone sales.

What you'll do

  • Proactively acquire new B2B customers through outbound sales activities
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand potential customers' requirements and identify suitable solutions
  • Win new customers through phone sales using persuasive arguments and sales expertise
  • Execute cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximize customer value
  • Continuously achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

What you'll need

  • Completed vocational training or relevant professional experience, preferably in B2B sales, account management, or real estate
  • Proven sales experience with a strong hunter mindset and high closing orientation
  • Proactive, structured, goal-oriented and solution-focused working style
  • High self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking and drive to achieve success
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
  • Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Team player with ability to share successes and motivate others

  • Additional foreign language skills
