Senior Marketing Manager, App Growth

About the role

We're seeking a Senior App Growth Manager to drive paid acquisition and growth for our mobile app across key channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Brand, contributing to how millions of travelers discover and download GetYourGuide.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute global paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and other performance channels
• Build, test, and scale user acquisition campaigns with clear growth targets and measurable impact on app installs
• Optimize targeting, creative, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS and drive efficient growth
• Contribute to 6-12 month planning while maintaining 3-month execution roadmap
• Solve complex paid acquisition challenges with velocity and agile execution
• Collaborate with marketing, product, data, and creative teams to align campaigns with app-first growth initiatives

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition or app growth with proven track record of scaling paid campaigns globally
• Strong expertise in Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads with hands-on campaign management experience
• Deep knowledge of mobile measurement frameworks and attribution tools (Adjust, AppsFlyer)
• Experience with ASO, funnel optimization, and A/B testing
• Strategic mindset with ability to contribute to long-term planning and short-term execution
• Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and translate insights into actions
• Project and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional initiatives
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin for hybrid work model (3+ days in office per week)
