About the role
This is an engineering internship at Knowunity, an AI learning platform used by millions of students globally. You'll support the engineering team in building new product features and improvements while working directly with senior engineers and the CTO.
What you'll do
- Support product managers and engineers in building new product features and improvements
- Help implement core functionalities that directly impact user experience
- Improve code quality and contribute to technical foundation as the company scales
- Work across the full stack including Flutter frontend and Golang backend
- Collaborate on AI-powered learning features using various LLM providers
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar field
- Strong programming skills across backend and frontend development
- Fluent English proficiency
- Ready to work from Berlin office 5 days per week
- Proactive mindset with founder-like thinking and ownership approach
- Experience building projects through coursework, side projects, or previous internships
Nice to have
- German language skills
- Experience with Flutter, Golang, PostgreSQL, or AWS
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and LLM providers
