Analytics Engineer

About the role

You will join a product delivery team responsible for ingesting, modeling, and publishing data to scale Trade Republic's business across 17 countries. This role focuses on designing and maintaining data products while collaborating on success metrics and ensuring interoperability through self-service analytics platforms.

What you'll do

• Work closely with product and business stakeholders to define and build meaningful product metrics
• Develop analytical products such as data models, dashboards, reports and tooling to enable self-serve reporting and analysis
• Improve cloud-based architecture for cost reduction and speed, applying software engineering best practices
• Take ownership of projects from scoping to delivery and adoption, working autonomously

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of engineering experience with an analytical mindset
• Solid understanding of architectures, design principles and engineering best practices
• Experience across all stages of the data pipeline: ingestion, transformations, mart creation

Nice to have

• Experience with S3/Snowflake/Airflow/Python/DBT tech stack
