About the role
As a Growth Associate, you'll take operational responsibility for marketing activities and ensure campaigns measurably contribute to pipeline and revenue development. You'll build scalable structures, manage functional processes, and translate strategy into results across campaign operations, website development, SEO, and asset coordination.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain marketing analytics setup including UTM structures, tracking validation, and performance dashboards
- Execute growth projects (events, trade shows, referral programs) with clear timelines and defined KPIs
- Manage complete webinar lifecycle from landing pages to ads, registration management, and follow-up automation
- Coordinate design agency relationships including structured briefings, timeline management, and feedback consolidation
- Develop website sections in collaboration with design and content teams, optimizing messaging and conversion paths
- Create conversion-focused paid landing pages with content structure, form integration, and tracking
- Execute SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimizations, and internal linking
- Optimize brand visibility on AI-based search platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity)
What you'll need
- 1-3 years experience in marketing operations, growth, business development, or relevant internships
- Excellent operational skills with ability to meet deadlines and document processes clearly
- Hands-on problem-solving approach with initiative to identify and remove blockers
- Clear communication skills with internal teams and external partners
- Basic experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and website CMS platforms
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Living in Berlin or willing to relocate (on-site role)
Nice to have
- Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Sistrix
- Experience in conceiving or creating landing pages
