About the role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager, Commercial Renewal & Negotiation to fuel our growing B2B business. This is a high-impact commercial role where you own the full revenue responsibility for our existing customer base. Your mission is to maximize the value and secure the long-term commitment of every client.
What you'll do
- You are responsible for the continuation and renegotiation of existing contracts (renewals) for our B2B clients with a strong focus on larger corporate accounts
- You analyze the existing portfolio, identify data-driven needs for action based on opportunities and risks (up and cross-sells), and initiate measures independently
- You are responsible for contract negotiations with (key) corporate accounts optimizing revenue and margins in close coordination with colleagues from related areas such as Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Controlling
- You actively work on the continuous improvement of our processes and methods in the area of Account Renewal Management to position Urban Sports Club for a successful future in this area
- You understand the wishes and needs of our corporate clients and derive strategies & tactics for specific contract negotiations and conclusions as well as for future product improvements
What you'll need
- You have a minimum of 3 years experience in contract management & negotiation, sales, or key account management, ideally in a B2B environment (experience in pricing processes is a plus)
- You are results-oriented with a focus on revenue growth and able to independently assess the implications of various elements of contract design, e.g. on effort, costs, and strategic importance
- Your high numerical affinity & analytical mindset enables you to identify both risks and opportunities in the existing clients
- You have excellent communication skills in German and English; you are a persuasive negotiator and genuine sales talent
- You are confident and credible in discussions with executives up to senior management level
- You are resilient and persistent and thus able to withstand pressure, manage confrontation in challenging negotiations, and maintain composure under stress
- You have a strong product affinity and ability to represent and promote our solution externally with conviction
- You bring along excellent Google Sheets skills and a high proficiency in data-driven analysis
