About the role
We're seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy and create high-impact materials that engage enterprise buyers and support sales. You'll craft thought leadership pieces, manage LinkedIn content, and help position executives as AI industry leaders in a fast-moving environment.
What you'll do
- Create white papers, case studies, and research-backed reports that position Synthflow as a category leader
- Develop sales collateral like one-pagers and pitch decks to support enterprise deals
- Run content for LinkedIn company page and work with leadership to build their credibility as AI thought leaders
- Manage and edit work from writers and influencers to ensure clear, consistent messaging across channels
- Own channel partner content and messaging in collaboration with the partnerships team
What you'll need
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing
- Proven ability to create high-quality white papers, case studies, and long-form content
- Experience writing for LinkedIn and optimizing content for engagement
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Smart use of AI tools
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with sales, design, and product teams
