Senior CRM Marketing Manager

About the role

Senior CRM Marketing Manager responsible for managing complete B2B customer communication and developing marketing customer journeys for existing clients. This is a 15-month parental leave cover position focusing on creating targeted campaigns across various customer segments and channels including email and in-app communications.

What you'll do

• Manage the entire B2B marketing customer journey for existing clients in Germany across multiple channels (email, in-app, postal, community)
• Create campaigns for product launches, usage enhancement, and value perception of solutions with focus on increasing adoption rates
• Develop segment or product-specific automated customer journeys across various channels
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize for better reach and impact
• Collaborate closely with Customer Engagement, Product Marketing, and Marketing Performance teams

What you'll need

• Completed degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing, or similar field (Health Management/Health Economics is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years experience in content marketing, copywriting, PR & communications in healthcare sector
• Expertise in copywriting with experience in customer journey management and storytelling
• Experience with Braze, WalkMe, or other CRM tools
• Excellent German written and verbal communication skills plus negotiation-level English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain overview during intensive project phases
