About the role
We're looking for an ambitious Account Executive to take charge of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. You'll drive growth for voize's AI companion that helps nurses save time on admin work, working with mid-market customers with an ACV around €85k.
What you'll do
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing with a strategic and personalized approach
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers by understanding their challenges and delivering tailored solutions
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the mid-market segment
- Lead product demos, negotiate contracts, and drive discussions to successfully close deals
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine the customer journey
- Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and customer feedback to improve sales strategy
- Use data-driven insights from sales dashboards to optimize strategy and hit goals
What you'll need
- Proven track record of managing the complete sales cycle in B2B SaaS companies
- Consultative sales approach with ability to understand complex customer needs
- Excellent communication skills in German and English with strong rapport-building abilities
- Proactive, persistent mindset motivated by achieving ambitious goals
- Customer-centric approach acting as trusted advisor prioritizing long-term success
- Technical comfort with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
- Willingness to travel and meet customers face-to-face
