About the role
We are looking for a passionate Inside Sales Manager for eHealth at our Berlin location. You will drive the entire sales process from initial contact through contract closure while being a key driver of our nationwide growth in Germany.
What you'll do
- Manage the complete sales cycle from cold calling to contract closing
- Take responsibility for revenue (MRR), activities, and growth in your region
- Independently acquire doctors and act as a concept consultant to analyze their needs and create real value with our product
- Track sales reporting and forecasting using Salesforce to measure your success
What you'll need
- No hesitation with telephone acquisition and ability to generate customer interest with sales talent
- Success-oriented mindset with special skills in dealing with people
- Curiosity and ability to self-motivate
- Contact-friendly and open personality
- Native-level German and good English skills
Nice to have
- Previous experience in acquisition and sales (graduates and career changers welcome)
- University degree or relevant completed training
- Motivation to sustainably change the healthcare industry through digitalization
