About the role
As Venture Development Analyst / Associate you work at the intersection of strategy, operations and technology. In close collaboration with Venture Lead and Management you support the development and scaling of central commercial and go-to-market structures.
What you'll do
- Data-based analysis of sales and performance KPIs to identify growth and efficiency levers
- Development and operational implementation of optimization and scaling strategies along the commercial funnel
- Conception, implementation and continuous improvement of sales and GTM processes
- Development and advancement of forecasting and performance models
- Management and implementation of projects for process optimization and sales automation
- Translation of strategic objectives into operational measures and measurable KPIs
- Close collaboration with stakeholders from Sales, Tech and Management
- Independent implementation of operational initiatives in a dynamic venture environment
