About the role

You will be the main point of contact for customer inquiries, handling support primarily via chat and email while working to optimize processes and collaborate with other teams to create the best possible customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Handle all customer inquiries (inbound) mainly via chat, but also via email
  • Serve as the contact point for customers with questions about our service and exciting offers
  • Process complaints with empathy and care, always with the goal that our customers feel heard and supported
  • Optimize processes and fully exploit our potential
