Legal Operations Manager– Data Protection/ Employment Law

What you'll do

• Support our Legal Team in managing daily business operations and assist with the operational implementation of data protection and employment law requirements
• Assist with processing data subject requests, review new product features with regard to data protection and take responsibility for procedural documentation
• Accompany the employee lifecycle from a legal perspective. This includes creating and reviewing employment contracts, additional agreements and certificates. After appropriate training, you will also take on your own projects
• Work closely with other areas of our company such as CEO Office and HR to jointly develop optimal solutions and optimize processes
• Research independently on new legal requirements, prepare complex matters in employment and data protection law in an understandable way and provide well-founded decision-making bases
