About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll guide medical practices through implementing their AI receptionist Luna, ensuring successful adoption and driving commercial growth. You'll manage the complete customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal while setting new standards for modern customer support and development.
What you'll do
- Conduct remote onboarding sessions with doctors and practice teams
- Train practices on effective collaboration with the AI receptionist
- Serve as primary contact for all customer inquiries and support needs
- Monitor product usage data to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities
- Triage customer requests and communicate technical requirements to Forward Deployed Engineers
What you'll need
- 1-3 years of Customer Success experience covering complete customer lifecycle
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to quality and detail
- Clear, persuasive and empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal
- Data-driven mindset for making decisions and proactively managing customers
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and reporting/analytics tools
- Native-level German language skills
