About the role
We are looking for a Media Account Manager to join our Prevention Team in Berlin. In this role, you'll build and manage strategic key accounts in the healthcare sector, driving revenue goals while supporting health education campaigns for over 90 million users.
What you'll do
- Manage the entire sales cycle for enterprise clients independently - from acquisition through negotiation to closing deals while achieving clear revenue targets
- Build and develop long-term relationships with strategic key accounts including health insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, and health-tech organizations
- Conduct sales conversations at C-level with healthcare decision makers and communicate our value proposition for media solutions
- Develop customized sales and account strategies tailored to the specific needs of enterprise clients
- Establish structured sales processes including opportunity validation, pipeline management and forecasting to ensure sustainable growth
What you'll need
- At least 4-5 years of B2B sales experience, including 2-3 years in media sales at leading platforms (e.g. Google, Amazon, Meta, TikTok) or media agencies
- Proven track record managing large accounts, closing complex deals and achieving or exceeding ambitious revenue goals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C-level with ability to build strategic partnerships
- Enthusiasm for healthcare and desire to educate people through prevention campaigns
- Fluent German (C2) and very good English skills
Nice to have
- Experience in the German healthcare system or with healthcare organizations
- Proven success in building new business areas or launching innovative products
- Project management experience and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
