About the role
You'll own a portfolio of customer accounts from small to enterprise, driving commercial success and product adoption for AI voice agent solutions. This role combines account management, technical support, and customer success responsibilities in a fast-growing AI startup environment.
What you'll do
- Own and manage a book of business across small to enterprise accounts, driving measurable commercial outcomes
- Identify expansion opportunities and execute renewals and upsells
- Track AI agent usage and product adoption, proactively reaching out to underperforming customers
- Lead workshops and training sessions to drive deeper product adoption
- Act as first point of contact for customer requests and technical issues
- Debug technical problems across integrations, agent performance, and call quality
- Answer support tickets and ensure timely resolution
- Build and maintain workflows for tracking adoption, success metrics, and customer health
- Document playbooks, best practices, and internal processes
- Translate customer needs into product feedback for engineering and product teams
What you'll need
- Strong customer focus with genuine enjoyment in helping customers succeed
- Tech-savvy with semi-technical or technical background
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German (additional languages a plus)
- Experience building workflows and AI agents with understanding of prompt engineering and APIs
- Willingness to work hands-on rather than purely strategic roles
- Commitment to in-office work rather than remote arrangements
