Paid Social Manager, Campaign Operations

About the role

We're looking for a motivated Paid Social Manager to drive growth across a portfolio of markets and brands. You'll execute and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snap to hit acquisition and efficiency goals, with a focus on day-to-day performance management and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap following best practices in structure, pacing, bidding, and budget allocation
• Monitor performance daily/weekly, manage budgets responsibly, and share regular updates and insights on campaign performance
• Support performance outcomes for assigned markets/brands by executing plans effectively and identifying optimization opportunities
• Contribute to improving processes, QA standards, and tool usage to make paid social execution more efficient and scalable
• Partner with local marketing, creative, and paid social teams to align campaigns and coordinate execution
• Support team projects including automation improvements, testing roadmaps, and cross-channel learning initiatives

What you'll need

• Strong academic background in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on paid social experience across Meta, TikTok, Snap
• Solid understanding of performance metrics and optimization levers (CAC/CPA, ROAS, CVR, CTR, CPM)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple campaigns in fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills for cross-functional partnership
• Proactive, accountable self-starter who takes ownership of execution quality
