Senior Content Manager - Self-Serve

About the role

As Senior Content Manager at SumUp's Self-Serve team, you'll lead performance-driven content creation across ads and landing pages for global small business acquisition. This role combines marketing copywriting, scalable content infrastructure, and AI-driven content production to optimize conversion across multiple markets and channels.

What you'll do

• Lead creation and optimization of performance-driven content across marketing campaigns, landing pages, and acquisition funnel touchpoints
• Build and manage scalable landing pages and reusable templates using Contentful and Builder.io
• Establish repeatable workflows for AI-generated UGC video production for platforms like TikTok and Meta
• Manage localization workflows across multiple markets through Jira and Smartling while maintaining global content repository
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize messaging, sitelinks, and funnel copy to improve conversion rates

What you'll need

• Solid experience managing performance-focused digital content within marketing, growth, or agency environment
• Understanding that every letter counts in commercial copywriting
• Expertise in ad copywriting with engaging, conversion-driven language
• Strong experience with modern CMS platforms like Contentful, Builder.io, or similar systems
• Experience with AI-powered content tools or automation for scalable content production
• Experience managing UGC video production workflows or AI-generated conversion videos
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, design, product, and localization stakeholders across multiple markets
