About the role
Our Production Department is responsible for the supply chain behind the online used-car-buying-experience for private customers. Support us as Senior Project Manager Scaling Europe by enabling an organization that is growing sustainably and overdelivering on targets. As part of the Business Development team at our European headquarters in Berlin you work closely with our Production management teams in Europe to bring our used-car refurbishment to a new level.
What you'll do
- Work directly with our Director of Production Europe as well as the local management teams in all Autohero markets to create a European roadmap for scaling initiatives to build a strong team of 1000+ team members in Europe
- Manage cross-departmental initiatives with Production and People teams across markets focusing on: recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention for our blue collar employees
- Create and maintain EU-level reporting to measure changes in KPIs linked to recruitment, onboarding, training, retention; examples on employee level: skill matrix, training lead times, training progress
- Coordinate a streamlined onboarding process and have it executed at production centers that allows double-digit growth and ensures fast integration into teams
- Together with our trainers formulating training need and training programs
- Collaborate with external partners to boost our success in training and recruitment
What you'll need
- Proven professional experience in a similar role, especially in business development, as project manager or as people analyst and experience with blue collar employees
- Hands-on mentality, sense of ownership, agility and strong solution orientation
- Outstanding analytical thinking skills with the attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness and flexibility
- Fluent communication skills in English is a Must, fluent in German is a big Plus
- Valid driving licence cat. B
