About the role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Analytics department, which empowers top management with data-driven insights and concepts to support strategic decision-making.
What you'll do
- Work closely with our Pricing or Sales & Ops stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and decision-making needs.
- Act as a trusted partner by asking the right questions, clarifying goals, and ensuring alignment with business priorities, not just delivering data.
- Deliver reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses that provide actionable insights and support pricing strategy.
- Challenge assumptions and guide stakeholders by combining data with business context to recommend the most relevant KPIs and solutions.
- Manage and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed and accuracy.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business analysis, or similar roles.
- Strong business acumen: you are curious and genuinely interested in understanding how our company and the pricing environment operate.
- Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies or risks in data.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and Tableau (or similar BI tools); experience with dbt is a plus.
- Strong communication skills: you can explain insights clearly, adapt your message to your audience, and work with stakeholders to find the right conclusion.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
