Your mission
Office Management (main focus)
- Regular office presence 1–2 days per week
- Managing office supplies and consumables
- Coordinating deliveries and external service providers
- General office organisation
- Organising team lunches and events
HR & Recruiting Support
- Supporting HR administration tasks and internal processes
- Assisting in the recruiting process (job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination)
- Supporting employer branding activities across relevant channels
Your profile
- Reliable and structured way of working
- Available to work in our office (on-site)
- Hands-on mentality and a genuine enjoyment of organisational tasks
- Good communication skills
- First experience in office management or HR is a plus but not required
