Product Engineer

About the role

Arbio is building an AI-native property management platform for short-term rentals across Europe. This role sits at the center of what they're building next: agentic AI systems that observe, decide, and act on real-world property operations, with humans in the loop where it matters. The engineering team is lean (5 people), but the impact is massive.

What you'll do

• Own features E2E, understand the business so well that you're able to figure things out yourself.
• Bring the legacy system up to par to what is needed in 2026 and redesign data structures.
• Design and build agentic AI workflows: systems that handle guest communication (chat and voice), operational decisions, and property tasks with increasing autonomy.
• Communicate with internal teams. Shadow real workflows to uncover inefficiencies, workarounds, and hidden steps. Turn messy processes into clean software.

What you'll need

• High-agency and high-ownership mentality — you own problems, not tickets.
• Ability to scope, ship, and iterate independently.
• Product thinking is not optional.
