Talent Marketing Internship

What you'll do

• Plan and execute campaigns that result in measurable growth in candidate engagement across social media, email, and job platforms
• Create content that strengthens the company's employer brand and resonates with the target audience
• Identify and optimize high-performing channels, making campaigns more effective over time
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all recruitment channels
• Build relationships with universities, student organizations, and career centers to expand early-talent pipelines
• Support campus events and initiatives that deliver high engagement and positive candidate experiences
• Enhance the company's presence and employer brand on key campuses through ambassador programs and outreach activities
