About the role
The Sales Team Lead is a pivotal commercial role responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a sales team. You will drive sales performance, optimize pipeline management, and ensure operational excellence to support sustainable revenue growth.
What you'll do
- Drive commercial performance and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.
- Lead day-to-day sales execution and monitor weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Own pipeline management and ensure accurate, disciplined forecasting.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, setting clear expectations and standards for success.
- Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, live feedback, and hands-on support.
- Partner with Sales Leadership on hiring, onboarding, and developing top talent to ensure long-term team strength.
- Implement and reinforce best practices, reporting standards, and performance tracking to ensure consistent execution.
What you'll need
- 4–6+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or sales leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing, mentoring, or coaching sales teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, pipeline management, and sales operations.
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Additional European language (German, Italian, or French) is a strong plus.
