You will proactively manage sales through outbound calls and pipeline management while building your own client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities within assigned markets.
What you'll do
- Sales Management: Proactively qualify new leads through daily outbound calls, follow-ups, and consistent pipeline management. Engage potential and existing clients in phone conversations, guiding them through the sales process and converting opportunities into successful deals.
- Business Development: Build and develop your own client portfolio by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the assigned market. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Market & Strategy: Track market trends, pricing, and demand across various regions. You'll run competitive analyses, identify trading opportunities, and contribute to our buying and selling strategies with real-time insights.
What you'll need
- You possess a Bachelor's degree or Master´s degree in Business or a related field
- You are interested in and passionate about growth startup and to change a traditional industry together with an international team
- You have strong analytical and communication skills
- You possess Hands-on mentality - only the implementation satisfies you
- You demonstrate ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners and investors, and take the initiative to get involved
- You demonstrate excellent English skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities, as well as proficiency in at least one of the following languages: German, French or Italian
