About the role
Office Manager for our Berlin-Mitte office. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and create a welcoming professional environment while coordinating an office expansion as a key project.
What you'll do
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including mail handling, deliveries, equipment orders, and onboarding preparation
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, creating a welcoming and professional office environment
- Plan and execute team events, after-works, and company meetings in collaboration with the People Team
- Take ownership of coordinating the office expansion, ensuring a seamless transition
- Manage invoices, collect receipts, and support accounting processes
- Drive initiatives that foster a positive, engaging, and supportive workplace
What you'll need
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with German language skills at a minimum level of B2
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Hands-on and self-driven working style with high ownership
- Solid technical proficiency with common office tools and systems
- Experience in office management or a similar role
- First experience in project coordination (e.g. office moves, events)
