About the role
Marketing Lead to run the day-to-day of ai-coustics' marketing function as we scale into a category-defining moment for Voice AI infrastructure. Working closely with the CEO and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales/GTM, you'll translate strategy into execution: own the quarterly marketing plan, ship campaigns end to end, and make sure every channel — content, demand gen, product marketing, developer marketing, and brand — is firing in a coordinated way.
What you'll do
- Own and execute the quarterly marketing plan in line with company priorities, with clear pipeline, content, and brand goals
- Lead the marketing team's day-to-day (Growth & Content Marketer, Video Specialist, agency partners), unblock the team, and raise the bar on quality and consistency
- Run B2B demand generation across paid, SEO/SEM, lifecycle, and partnerships, with hands-on involvement in campaign setup, copy, and reporting
- Drive product marketing for launches and feature releases: positioning, messaging, launch assets, and sales enablement, in partnership with Product
- Support developer marketing alongside DevRel and Engineering: developer content, community presence, integration stories, and ecosystem moments
- Own the content and editorial calendar across blog, case studies, technical guides, and video, ensuring everything is on-brand, technically credible, and built to perform
- Operate the marketing stack (CRM/MA, analytics, SEO tooling) and own funnel reporting and dashboards the exec team can trust
- Partner with Sales/GTM on pipeline coverage, target account lists, and campaign follow-through
What you'll need
- 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 1–2 years leading a workstream, squad, or small team at a high-growth startup or scale-up
- Track record of running full-funnel B2B campaigns end to end (paid, SEO/SEM, content, lifecycle) with measurable pipeline impact, ideally in developer tools, APIs, AI/ML infrastructure, audio, or technical SaaS
- Experience marketing to developers or technical buyers, with a strong point of view on what good developer-first content and community motions look like
- Solid product marketing chops: you've led launches, written positioning, and built sales enablement that closes deals
- Strong writer who can adapt tone from a technical blog post to an executive one-pager and personally own high-stakes narratives
- Hands-on with the modern marketing stack (HubSpot or equivalent CRM/MA, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush) and confident briefing or running paid programs
- Comfortable being a player-coach: leading and mentoring a small team while still shipping the work yourself
- Cross-functional operator: works fluently with Product, Engineering, Sales, and the CEO, and can hold their own in technical conversations about Voice AI, audio, and infrastructure
Nice to have
- Interest or experience in Voice AI, speech, audio, real-time communications, or adjacent infra categories
What they offer
- Competitive senior leadership package with meaningful stock options
- Report directly to the CEO and shape company strategy
- Full ownership of the marketing function, strategy, team, and budget
- Dynamic, fast-paced environment with passionate and collaborative colleagues
- World-class team of engineers and builders with ample room for professional growth
