About the role
Head of Marketing to own and scale ai-coustics' end-to-end marketing function as we define a new category in Voice AI infrastructure. Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales/GTM, you'll set the strategy, build the team, and personally drive the work that establishes ai-coustics as the default reliability layer for Voice AI builders worldwide.
What you'll do
- Define and own ai-coustics' marketing strategy end to end: positioning, messaging, ICP, category narrative, and marketing plan tied to revenue and pipeline goals
- Build, lead and develop the marketing team and shape the org as we scale
- Drive B2B demand generation across paid, GEO, lifecycle and partnerships, with clear ownership of pipeline contribution
- Lead product marketing: launches, positioning, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and launch materials
- Own developer marketing: documentation narrative, developer content, community presence, and ecosystem partnerships
- Set content and editorial strategy across blog, case studies, technical guides, video, and thought leadership
- Run brand and category-building activities: events, PR, analyst relations, and founder thought leadership
- Partner with Sales/GTM on pipeline coverage and with the CEO on fundraising narrative
What you'll need
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including leadership experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up
- Proven track record building and scaling marketing functions from early stage through Series A/B, ideally in developer tools, audio, or technical SaaS
- Demonstrated ownership of a full-funnel demand gen engine with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue
- Experience marketing to developers and technical buyers, with a strong point of view on developer-first content, community, and ecosystem motions
- Strong product marketing instincts: you've led launches, sharpened positioning in noisy categories, and built sales enablement that closes deals
- Excellent writer and editor; able to set the voice for the company and personally craft the highest-stakes narratives
- Hands-on with the modern marketing stack (HubSpot or equivalent CRM/MA, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, attribution tooling)
- Experience hiring, coaching, and structuring small but high-leverage marketing teams

- Experience with Voice AI, speech, audio, real-time communications, or adjacent infra categories
- Experience supporting fundraising and investor/analyst relations
