About the role
You will be an integral part of our team and drive one of the most important strategic growth projects at Enpal, focusing on developing data-driven customer strategies and optimizing customer lifetime value.
What you'll do
- You develop and implement clever Customer Journeys that specifically target increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
- You are responsible for upselling and cross-selling measures within our lead base
- You build data-based strategies for customer segmentation – from leads to existing customers and decide which leads go into which sales/product channel
- You work closely with CRM, Marketing and other stakeholders to fully exploit growth opportunities
