About the role

We're looking for a Construction Site Manager to oversee serial renovation projects for multi-family buildings across Germany. You'll focus on one project at a time to ensure quality execution, with upcoming construction sites in Berlin and Wiesbaden ready for your leadership.

What you'll do

• Oversee construction execution regarding deadlines, quality, and workplace safety
• Serve as primary contact on construction sites for client management, subcontractors, and tenants
• Participate regularly in construction meetings
• Coordinate assembly work and conduct schedule comparisons in alignment with project management
• Maintain regular construction diary documentation

What you'll need

• Extensive professional experience in construction project execution
• Construction site experience with renovation projects, ideally in residential construction and/or timber construction or facade projects
• Completed craft training, master craftsman title, or degree in civil engineering
• Strong willingness to travel nationwide and manage construction projects across Germany
• Thorough knowledge of German construction law
• Strong communication skills to convince both clients and construction site workers
• Experience reading technical drawings
