Senior Planning & Strategy Manager

About the role

Aeyde is seeking a commercially driven Senior Planning & Strategy Manager with a strong background in tools and analytics to support data-informed decision-making across the business. You will analyze performance, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, and provide insights that support strategic and operational initiatives.

What you'll do

• Support cross-functional teams in achieving their commercial goals by providing insightful reports, analytical deep dives, and planning and tooling support.
• Develop ad hoc business cases that support sales growth and/or cost improvement initiatives.
• Build clear, structured presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Develop and implement tools and automation solutions to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making under different business assumptions.
• Drive AI innovation and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role in a fast-paced environment (e.g. fashion or brand e-commerce, banking, start-ups, strategy consulting).
• University degree in a quantitative field with a strong business focus (e.g. Finance, Economics, Engineering, MBA).
• Advanced modeling skills in Excel / Google Sheets are a must, ideally experience in AI data tools.
• Advanced understanding of the typical e-commerce and finance KPI.
• Previous experience with BI and data tools.
• Very strong quantitative analytical skills and confident handling large dataset.
• Clear, efficient and friendly in verbal as well as written communication (fluent English, German is a plus).
