About the role
As the Venture Development & Special Projects Intern, you'll support our Business Development and Special Projects team across a mix of strategic and operational topics. Your work helps to keep projects organised, ensures teams stay aligned, and creates the clarity needed in a fast-moving environment. Throughout the internship, you'll gain exposure to topics across Organisational Development, Strategic Planning and Execution, Product Development, as well as Regulatory and Compliance.
What you'll do
- Build and structure strategic presentations (e.g., board updates, performance overviews, project summaries) that clearly communicate insights and progress.
- Analyze and visualize data, turning numbers into concise, actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare and facilitate meetings - from structuring agendas and gathering inputs to capturing next steps and ensuring follow-through in Notion.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across teams and ensure timelines and priorities stay on track.
- Support planning & administration, such as internal kickoffs, team sessions, and light logistics - executed with ownership and attention to detail.
- Learn directly from HOLY's leadership and participate in strategic discussions shaping our next phase of growth.
