Werkstudent Content Management

About the role

As a Content Management Working Student, you'll be the operational backbone of the Product Operations team, supporting complex backend processes during a key growth phase. You'll ensure system data accuracy and smooth operational workflows while helping expand the menu offerings.

What you'll do

• Maintain and control recipe and menu data in the Content Management System
• Participate in final quality controls of recipe cards to ensure error-free customer experience
• Support implementation of new tech features and migrate existing processes to new systems
• Collaborate closely with the team to quickly resolve technical challenges and optimize workflows
• Assist in identifying, evaluating and implementing AI-powered solutions for text creation and editorial process automation

What you'll need

• Ongoing studies in Media/Communication Sciences, German Studies, Business Administration, Nutrition Science or comparable field
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain overview even with changing priorities
• Solution-oriented, proactive approach and flexibility with changes
• Excellent German and English skills (C1 level each) for independent content review and coordination
• Interest in learning new internal tools and CMS systems
• Proficient with Google Workspace, openness to AI tools and enthusiasm for testing their potential in daily work
