About the role

As a Working Student in HR & Operations, you'll work directly alongside our team and be involved in the full spectrum of running HR and office operations at a fast-growing startup (~10h/week).

What you'll do

  • Contracts & Documentation: Draft, manage, and file employment contracts, amendments, and HR documents making sure everything is accurate, compliant, and up to date
  • Payroll Support: Collect and prepare payroll-relevant data, coordinate with our payroll provider, and keep absence tracking clean and reliable
  • Visa & Relocation: Support international team members through visa applications, work permit processes, and relocation logistics
  • Office Management: Keep our office running smoothly from supplies and vendors to onboarding logistics
  • Employer of Record (EOR): Coordinate with EOR providers for international hires, manage ongoing communication, and help ensure compliance requirements are met across different entities

What you'll need

  • Motivated to go the extra mile and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where no two days look the same
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable when it comes to deadlines and sensitive documents
  • Comfortable with HR tools, spreadsheets, and modern software and can pick up new systems quickly
  • Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus)
  • Handles confidential information with care and understands the responsibility that comes with an HR role
  • Excited about building something from scratch and comfortable with the ambiguity of an early-stage company

Nice to have

  • Prior startup/FinTech or HR experience
