GTM Working Student

About the role

This is a working student position at a fast-growing AI company where you'll build and own growth marketing initiatives. You'll work directly with the founding team to run experiments, create content, and optimize funnels for an enterprise AI voice platform that handles millions of interactions.

What you'll do

• Own and run growth experiments across paid, organic, content, and partnership channels
• Create educational content about voice AI including blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and social media
• Build and optimize conversion funnels from first touch to activation
• Track performance metrics, eliminate ineffective strategies, and rapidly iterate between ideas
• Shape company messaging, positioning, and competitive intelligence
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to leverage customer insights for marketing

What you'll need

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's program with at least 12 months before graduation
• Genuine interest in AI, startups, and company growth strategies
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
• Balance of analytical and creative skills
• High agency and self-direction
• Familiarity with Claude Code

Nice to have

• Experience running side projects, building audiences, or launching products
• Background in SEO, paid acquisition, or marketing automation
• Understanding of AI/LLM products and sales processes
• Previous startup experience
