About the role
As a Sales Executive for the Berlin/Brandenburg region, you'll drive expansion in the healthcare market by acquiring doctors and medical facilities for Europe's leading e-health platform. You'll manage the complete sales process from initial contact to successful deals while being responsible for revenue growth in your territory.
What you'll do
- Lead the entire sales process independently from first contact to successful closure
- Drive revenue (MRR) and growth in your assigned region
- Provide customer-centric consulting by analyzing doctors' needs and demonstrating digital solutions
- Track performance regularly using Salesforce and leverage data for targeted sales strategies
What you'll need
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales and B2B
- Excellent acquisition and pitching skills
- High energy level with passionate sales approach and professional presence
- Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
- Very good German communication skills (C1 level or higher), both written and verbal
- Class B driving license and willingness to travel to customers on-site
