About the role

We're looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Customer Experience team in Berlin. You'll be the friendly human touchpoint across all communication platforms, helping customers with their tech subscription needs while working 3 days a week in our Berlin office.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary customer contact across all communication platforms
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy, turning difficult situations into positive experiences
  • Become an expert on Grover's services to answer any customer questions
  • Educate users on product features and best practices
  • Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance customer support quality

What you'll need

  • Initial experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in dynamic B2C startup environments
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to balance empathy and efficiency
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Native-level or C2 German and fluent English

Nice to have

  • Additional languages like Dutch or Spanish
