About the role
You'll work as a High-Velocity Account Executive at Leapsome, owning the full sales cycle for small and growing companies with 10-49 employees. This is a fast-paced role where you'll help convert qualified leads into delighted customers within approximately 30-day sales cycles.
What you'll do
- Own the complete sales process from first contact to closed deal including qualifying leads, running demos, negotiating and closing
- Manage high volume of opportunities efficiently through structured, semi-automated processes
- Build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and tailor approach to each customer's unique context
- Prioritize deals most likely to close and bring long-term value
- Collaborate with RevOps to continuously improve sales processes using data and feedback
- Maintain clean pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Contribute to smooth initial implementation for new customers
- Become a product and industry expert to provide consultative, value-driven guidance
What you'll need
- 2-3 years of experience in sales role (ideally B2B SaaS) or client-facing position such as consulting
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong questioning and active listening skills to quickly understand customer needs
- Structured and detail-oriented approach with passion for process optimization
- Comfort with fast-paced work and balancing efficiency with empathy
- Interest in technology and comfort discussing tools and platforms with customers

- Additional Central European languages
- Experience in HR tech or organizational/people development fields
