About the role

You'll work as a High-Velocity Account Executive at Leapsome, owning the full sales cycle for small and growing companies with 10-49 employees. This is a fast-paced role where you'll help convert qualified leads into delighted customers within approximately 30-day sales cycles.

What you'll do

  • Own the complete sales process from first contact to closed deal including qualifying leads, running demos, negotiating and closing
  • Manage high volume of opportunities efficiently through structured, semi-automated processes
  • Build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and tailor approach to each customer's unique context
  • Prioritize deals most likely to close and bring long-term value
  • Collaborate with RevOps to continuously improve sales processes using data and feedback
  • Maintain clean pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Contribute to smooth initial implementation for new customers
  • Become a product and industry expert to provide consultative, value-driven guidance

What you'll need

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales role (ideally B2B SaaS) or client-facing position such as consulting
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong questioning and active listening skills to quickly understand customer needs
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach with passion for process optimization
  • Comfort with fast-paced work and balancing efficiency with empathy
  • Interest in technology and comfort discussing tools and platforms with customers

Nice to have

  • Additional Central European languages
  • Experience in HR tech or organizational/people development fields
