Chauffeur

About the role

As a Chauffeur (temporary contract) at Blacklane, you ensure our guests experience safe, reliable, and first-class transportation in and around Berlin. You are the face of our brand on the road, combining excellent driving skills with premium guest service.

What you'll do

• Safely transport guests between airports, hotels, offices, and other destinations, following all traffic and safety regulations.
• Deliver a premium, discreet and courteous service at all times, acting as a trusted representative of Blacklane.
• Plan routes efficiently, monitor traffic and adapt routes to ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs.
• Assist guests with luggage and entry/exit from the vehicle when needed.
• Keep the vehicle clean, well-presented and refuelled; report any technical issues or damages promptly.
• Use Blacklane tools/apps to receive rides, follow assignments, and document basic trip information.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team on schedules, special requests and issue resolution.

What you'll need

• Proven professional driving experience in a customer-facing or premium service environment (e.g. chauffeur, limousine, executive driver, hotel or concierge transport).
• Valid driving licence for the required vehicle class and all local permits/licences needed to transport passengers (e.g. P-Schein / passenger transport licence, where applicable).
• Strong service mindset: polite, calm and solution-oriented, even under time pressure or changing plans.
• Very good local area knowledge and confidence using navigation tools.
• Fluent German and good English.
• Professional appearance and high standards of personal presentation and discretion.
