About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for aeyde.com. In this role, you will own our paid marketing strategy and day-to-day operations, optimize performance across channels, and unlock new growth opportunities through testing, automation, and strong analytical insights.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute the paid marketing strategy together with the Growth Lead, aligning with overall business goals
  • Manage day-to-day paid marketing operations, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Brief the Creative team on performance-driven requirements and best practices for ad content
  • Identify new opportunities and potentials for innovation in our paid marketing activities
  • Support in email marketing from a growth perspective, including automated flows and personalization
  • Develop strategies to increase visibility on Search and Gen AI platforms (SEO & GEO)
  • Identify and test new DTC growth opportunities across digital marketing, ecommerce, and emerging channels
  • Manage the technical setup and backend optimization of marketing channels (e.g., product feeds, integrations, troubleshooting)

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, ideally in ecommerce or DTC
  • Proven hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager (Ads Manager, Commerce Manager) and Google Ads Manager
  • Profound analytical abilities with strong expertise in Google Sheets/Excel, GA4, Looker, or similar tools
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Strong prioritization skills with clear focus on effectiveness and efficiency
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
  • Growth mindset with a proactive, test-and-learn approach to driving results
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with event tracking, specifically on Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Experience with product feed management tools like FeedOptimise, DataFeedWatch or similar
  • Knowledge of email marketing automation and tools like Klaviyo or similar
  • Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals and content optimization
