Associate Strategic Projects – AI & Digital Enablement

About the role

As part of the Venture Development Team at Enpal Heat, you are a central figure in the operational business and contribute significantly to the hypergrowth of our new heat pump venture.

What you'll do

• Lead tech and tooling projects independently from day 1 and take responsibility for conception, planning and implementation of concrete technical solutions
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders from various departments (Business & Tech) and leadership levels to develop solution approaches and enable further company growth
• Take end-to-end responsibility for optimizing and redesigning business processes to support the company's strategic goals
• Implement new technologies and solutions to support our employees in their daily work and create the best possible experience for our customers
