Working Student – Business & Operations

About the role

This is a working student position at Delvo, an AI-powered strategic procurement platform, where you'll own real workstreams and work directly with founders on high-impact projects. You'll support customer operations, sales outreach, market research, and strategic initiatives while gaining exposure to all aspects of building a B2B AI startup.

What you'll do

• Support customer onboarding and rollouts, prepare demos and materials, maintain CRM and sales pipeline
• Build and execute targeted sales outreach sequences and draft messaging for procurement leaders
• Research target industries, map competitive landscapes, and build data foundations for go-to-market decisions
• Design and implement operational processes including reporting templates, internal tooling, and workflows
• Handle strategic projects like trade fair preparation, partnership outreach, and content creation

What you'll need

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar field
• Strong analytical skills with comfort using data, spreadsheets, and drawing conclusions from ambiguous information
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English as daily working languages
• Self-starter mentality with ability to identify and prioritize tasks independently

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, B2B SaaS, sales, or procurement
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Linear, HubSpot, or similar platforms
