About the role
As the Sustainability Reporting Manager, you will be pivotal in driving our strategic vision for excellence in Group Reporting and ensuring compliance.
What you'll do
- Lead the preparation, review, and submission of non-financial and sustainability reports, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks for the GetYourGuide Group
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather, validate, and analyze data
- Deliver training sessions for cross-functional and multi-level stakeholders on regulatory standards, data collection, and process requirements
- Develop and maintain sustainability reporting controls and documentation
- Advise leadership on regulatory changes and best practices in non-financial reporting
- Coordinate and manage the use of the Sustainability Program
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and stakeholder engagement
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Demonstrated experience in Sustainability Reporting (CSRD,GRI,TCFD), preferably in a technology or travel industry context
- Experience with reporting solutions such as Workiva is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and training skills
- Highly organized with strong project management capability
- Able to work independently, prioritize, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
