Senior Enterprise Engagement Manager

About the role

As a Senior Enterprise Engagement Manager at Parloa, you'll drive customer success and growth across the Enterprise segment, guiding clients through AI and customer experience transformation. You'll act as a strategic advisor, managing implementations and expansion opportunities while building deep relationships with key stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Act as strategic advisor for enterprise clients, building trust-based relationships across key stakeholders
• Drive customer outcomes by owning success plans, KPIs, and translating data into visible business impact
• Guide expansion opportunities and shape growth plans within accounts including new use cases and departments
• Oversee implementations by managing cross-functional teams, timelines, and risks for smooth go-lives
• Communicate value through compelling narratives, business impact reviews, and impactful storytelling

What you'll need

• 4+ years experience in Customer Success, Consulting or Account Management with enterprise accounts
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic value and digital transformation within complex organizations
• Proven track record of converting operational success into commercial opportunity and growth
• Strong project management skills and stakeholder management capabilities with focus on execution
• Passion for AI and automation with ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
• Curious, proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English for technical and non-technical audiences
