About the role
As a Receivables Manager, you'll be a key part of the Corporate Finance team responsible for efficient, transparent, and professional debt management. You'll work closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations and customers to ensure stable payment flows and early risk identification.
What you'll do
- Conduct active communication with customers via phone and email to clarify outstanding receivables and initiate constructive solutions
- Analyze individual cases, evaluate payment statuses and identify risk and action requirements
- Ensure clean, current and complete data foundation in both CRM and financial systems
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance and Operations to resolve complex issues and prepare decisions
- Support development of internal processes in receivables and dunning management and actively contribute to organizational professionalization
What you'll need
- Background in accounting, finance or controlling
- Experience from construction, trades or similar project-oriented industries preferred
- Proficient with CRM tools with high emphasis on data quality and structure
- Clear, reliable and service-oriented communication skills, even in challenging situations
- Native-level German (C2), English rarely required
- Independent, structured work style with ability to find pragmatic solutions
