About the role
You'll be the third member of our customer support team. As the first point of contact for our users, you'll help them get the most out of the product, solve issues quickly, and feed insights back into the team.
What you'll do
- Respond to user questions across email, chat, and community channels
- Troubleshoot issues and help users get unstuck quickly
- Identify patterns in user feedback and flag recurring issues
- Work closely with product and engineering to improve the user experience
- Help build and refine support processes, FAQs, and documentation
What you'll need
- Experience in customer support or community
- Exceptional written communication in English - mother tongue preferred
- Comfortable working directly with users and solving problems
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
- Technical curiosity - you don't need to code, but you're not afraid to dig into how things work
- Familiarity with AI tools, creative software, or music/video workflows
- Based in Berlin
