Werkstudent Commercial Enablement – AI & Automation (German-Speaking)

About the role

Join the Commercial Enablement Team to help make sales and account management processes smarter, faster, and more scalable. You'll work with AI and workflow tools to identify and implement automation opportunities across go-to-market processes from lead generation to customer retention.

What you'll do

• Analyze sales and commercial operations processes to identify efficiency improvements
• Build automation solutions to reduce operational inefficiencies in sales and account management
• Support integration of AI into commercial processes like lead generation and CRM workflows
• Develop pragmatic workflows and test new use cases using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude
• Connect tools and systems via APIs, webhooks, or no-code platforms
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Revenue Operations, Product & Engineering teams
• Test, optimize and further develop functioning solutions

What you'll need

• Strong interest in how sales and go-to-market teams operate
• Structured thinking and pragmatic problem-solving approach
• Interest in AI, automation, and digital business processes
• Currently enrolled in a technical, digital, or business-related degree program
• Native-level German and good English skills

Nice to have

• Practical experience with tools, automation, or digital workflows
• Basic understanding of programming and web/API concepts
