Werkstudent/in Product Management

About the role

This is a working student position supporting Product Management at CarOnSale, a Berlin-based automotive tech startup. You'll help develop training concepts, create documentation, and conduct product training sessions for internal and external stakeholders while supporting various operational product management tasks.

What you'll do

• Support Product Management with operational and organizational tasks
• Develop and implement training and onboarding concepts for product domains
• Create and maintain training materials, FAQs, and knowledge documentation
• Prepare and independently conduct training sessions for internal and external stakeholders
• Support target group communication of product changes and release information
• Assist with research, user feedback analysis, and maintenance of product documentation

What you'll need

• Fluent German (C1) and good English (minimum B1) for direct stakeholder communication
• Currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or comparable program in Berlin or Munich
• Initial experience in product or project management
• Initial experience in product training
• Strong communication skills with confidence in presentations
• Excellent writing skills for creating meaningful training content
