- You answer inquiries from our customers by email
- You work closely with other departments to find quick solutions for more complex questions
- You are responsible for customer satisfaction and customer retention
- You continuously expand your financial knowledge through internal training as well as through self-interest
- You use the feedback of our customers and identify potential for improvement of our product as well as internal processes
- You will work closely with Product, Capital Markets, and Operations
