What you'll do

• You are a reliable contact person both for existing customers and for those interested in our services in Spain and Italy
• You answer inquiries from our customers by email
• You work closely with other departments to find quick solutions for more complex questions
• You are responsible for customer satisfaction and customer retention
• You continuously expand your financial knowledge through internal training as well as through self-interest
• You use the feedback of our customers and identify potential for improvement of our product as well as internal processes
• You will work closely with Product, Capital Markets, and Operations
